The Visual Support App is a valuable tool for support agents, experts, and claim professionals, providing them with the ability to view exactly what you see. It achieves this by utilizing the back camera of your Android device or by enabling screen sharing.
In order to use this application, you will need to be invited via SMS or initiate the interaction from a webpage. To begin the visual interaction, simply download the application and return to the SMS or webpage to establish the session.
During the interaction, you will have access to a range of advanced capabilities, including:
- HD Audio
- Video frame rate auto adapt
- Screen sharing and co-browsing
- Live remote pointer
- Two-way drawing and annotations
- Pause video, photo, and picture saving
- Session recording
It's important to note that this app does not grant remote agents access to any data stored on your device.
